Session Fee
My fee for a 50 minute individual or couple’s session is $205
Sliding Scale
I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments. I am happy to provide additional information over the phone. If you need a reduced fee, I encourage you to inform me and I will do my best to meet you where you are financially. If I am not able to accommodate your financial situation, I will do my best to help you in finding appropriate referrals.
Do Not Bill Insurance
I do not bill insurance. However, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee that your insurance will reimburse.
Cancellations + Missed Appointments
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Clients are responsible for late cancellations and missed appointments. Except in a true medical emergency or natural disaster, clients are responsible for the fee if the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice or if the client does not show for the scheduled appointment. Insurance companies will not reimburse for missed appointment fees or late cancellation fees.
Perks of “Paying out of Pocket”
Clients do not need to reveal or justify their reasons for seeking services to a 3rd party payor. Client records are not made available to insurance providers, employers, or other 3rd party payors. Clients are able to choose their service provider that feels most aligned, rather than selecting from a provider list.
